Administration Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Customer service and order processing
• Quotation registration and complaint handling
• Shipping and customs documentation
• Indirect procurement and cafeteria follow-up
• Contribute to content and activity on social media
• Support environmental work and internal sustainability initiatives

Qualifications:
• Relevant higher education and/or experience
• Good IT and ERP knowledge
• Structured, service-oriented, and good communication skills (Norwegian/English)
• Familiarity with export and customs is an advantage
